Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, a hairdryer is available in every bathroom.

Are beach towels available?
No. We want to conserve scarce water resources and therefore do not hire out beach towels. Please bring your own beach towels or buy some in the nearby shops. However, we are happy to provide you with bath towels and pool towels.

Is it possible to wait by the pool until the room is ready?
No, unfortunately this is not possible for organisational reasons. There are no changing rooms/toilets available by the pool. We ask for your understanding. Please do not arrive before the agreed time.
The regular check-in time is from 16:00.

Can we come with our baby?
Unfortunately, this is not possible for organisational reasons. Children are welcome from the age of 14.

Can we come without a car?
It is generally possible, but we recommend that you travel by car or hire a car in order to be able to move around flexibly on site. This way you can easily drive to the restaurants or shopping centres or simply spend a nice day at the beach.

Can we leave our luggage with you before check-in or afer check-out?
We regret that this is not possible for organisational reasons. We do not have a room for luggage storage. We ask for your understanding.

Do you hire parasols for the beach?
No. You can buy cheap parasols in various shops in the area. Please note, however, that it is often windy here. You will also find permanently installed parasols and deckchairs on many beaches, which can be hired by the day.

Do you hire out bicycles?
No. We are happy to recommend various bike hire companies in the area.

Can we cook in the casita?
Each casita is equipped with a small kitchen, which is intended exclusively for the preparation of small meals. The kitchenette does not have an oven. We ask you to refrain from cooking fish, shellfish and searing meat. We always endeavour to offer all our guests a pleasant atmosphere in a good-smelling casita on their arrival. Thank you for your co-operation.

Does the kitchenette have a microwave and a toaster?
Wherever possible, we would like to avoid the use of electrical appliances. Apart from the coffee machine, there are no other electrical appliances in the kitchenette.
