TRADITIONAL STYLE MEETS MODERN COMFORT
Where the farm stables once stood, five attached spacious living units were built in the Majorcan architectural style. Much emphasis was placed on traditional materials and elements such as Marés stone, clay bricks, lime paint, wicker, wooden windows and shutters. The high ceilings with exposed beams make for a pleasant living feeling.
During the hot Mediterranean summers a ceiling fan and air conditioning keep you cool.
And if you're visiting in winter, Mallorca is just as awesome. The heating keeps the casitas warm and cosy.
From the private terraces the stunning views open onto the gorgeous orange tree garden, the unique countryside, the Sactuary of Sant Salvador and all the way to the Tramuntana mountains.
The 45m2 space features a one-bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. We offer a comfortable King-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or two cosy twin beds (90 x 200 cm) with nordic bedding for your comfort. The spacious built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for all your belongings.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, single induction hob and small dishwasher. You'll love the convenience of a coffee machine for your first coffee in the morning. The bistro table is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and the stylish lounger chairs are perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding.
If you want to work, the workspace with free Wi-Fi, USB ports and LAN connection is ready to go.
We'll also serve you a delicious breakfast basket to enjoy each morning!
And the best part is, you get to choose where to enjoy your breakfast. Fresh local ingredients, lovingly put together in a picnic basket for you to enjoy where you feel most comfortable.

Room and bathroom can be heated in winter. The radiators are equipped with a thermostat.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

Price
From €143.- to €224.- / night per apartment incl. breakfast.
Payment
We kindly ask you to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking. The amount will be debited 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Minimum stay
2 nights from November to April.
3 nights from May to October.
